Happy Easter to all ya Aliens who celebrate! I hope you and your families can all find happiness and smile during these crazy times. No matter the unpredictability of whatâs to come and the uncertainty of the present, you always have the power to put your best foot forward and embrace the life weâre lucky to have! There are 3 workouts to go for my 30 days of pecs, delts & trap muscles dumbbells only Youtube series. Day 28 will be coming out TOMORROW! If youâve been following every day and are up to date with the series, take today as a rest day, enjoy yourself, and if youâre celebrating Easter like I am with my family then dig into some bomb food too!
