Anyone who says you canât get them gains or train intense at home is full of crap! I think itâs awesome that so many media accounts are posting home workouts to try and help keep everyone in shape during these crazy quarantine times! Just pay attention to what youâre watching because unfortunately thereâs always those who will abuse times like these for views and publicity smh. Iâll never ever say doubt something before actually trying it. Everyone is different and so are their experiences. I think experimenting with types of training is actually essential for not just physical result, but long-term happiness with exercise. My point is to each their own but if during or after your workout you donât feel that frikin burn and intensity then something ainât right. You can have just as an intense workout at home as you can at the gym and thatâs a fact! To all you gymrats, Iâm one too. You can get them gains faster at the gym imo due to the variety in weight and equipment there. Donât misunderstand me on that. Itâs a crap excuse to use though to not train hard at home. You can get them gains right from home without a single piece of equipment if you push yourself. There is always a way to get them gains and thatâs also a fact! Iâve gone to the gym for 6+ years and have competed multiple times in powerlifting, yet Iâve always consistently released equipment specific and home workouts on top of all that because they work. As finishers or as multiple sets for full workouts, they are intense af and anyone whoâs tried them can confirm that. Iâve always wanted to offer options and training variety. We are in this journey together so letâs keep bringing that energy and getting to that next level. No virus is stopping our progression Aliens. No limits ever.
