I wasn't able to find any dumbbells, but I did just get some parallel bars ?. I already had a couple light dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights, ball, and pull up bar. So hopefully this will be enough. Time to get creative with our exercises! I just hope no one can see me through the window trying to do reverse hyperextensions on my kitchen table... ??ââï¸.
