I am down 16 pounds from 4 months ago. I ended a 12 week work out routine 4 months ago. Before I started my diet. My muscles start to atrophied after 4 months. So I am starting my next routine today. I am going for 8 weeks this time. I did warm up exercises during my cutting the weight phase. To keep my strength up. & my muscles swell when I am training. So I should get some better pictures over the next 8 weeks. I am trying to drop 16 more pounds. & I donât hit the protein often. Because Iâm trying to get my weight down. Iâve dropped 2 pant sizes. & at my skinniest I was only 2 pant sizes smaller. I have lost 80 pounds in 3 months twice in my life. So I am taking my time this time. Because I know dropping weight that fast can be dangerous.
