The final workout of my 30 Days of Leg Day At Home Without Equipment YouTube series dropped last night on the Anabolic Aliens YouTube channel! Thank you so much for following along Aliens. Your support means the world to me. Iâll be going through the entire comment section of the series to help as much as I can. So now up on Anabolic Aliens YouTube we got 30 Days of Abs At Home, 30 Days of Arms with Dumbbells, & now 30 days of Legs At Home. Coming next... 30 Days Dumbbells Shoulders, Chest & traps! These series take a lot of time and effort for me to create but Iâve never been happier about working so hard. I know how important consistency is for establishing sustainable healthy habits. From my own experiences, habits take about a month of consistency to form and get into a real routine. The feedback from these 30 day series how itâs helping people stay on track & see gains theyâve never seen before motivates me like crazy!!! I utilize randomization for these workouts with my app Exerprise and thatâs not just to promote it. My goal is for you to have a new challenge every day with 30 different routines so you have fun with the process eliminating that monotonous feeling. The program itself is not random. Each 30 day series of mine has a specific focus and progressive overload is programmed into the 30 days with multiple rounds of intensity increases as well as weekly maximized volume by focus area. Thatâs how we have leeway with rest periods because itâs not overtaxing on the exact same area. For example, 30 days abs was divided up into upper, lower, middle abs & obliques. 30 days arms was divided up into biceps, triceps & forearms.
