First step, getting my company and my body ready for the Anabolic Aliens booth at the Arnold expo in Ohio this year which is less than a month away now! This is the first ever fitness convention for my business. I’m wicked excited but def pretty nervous lol. Gotta get uncomfortable though to make major change! Booth 1421 come say what’s up :D Afterward, I’m thinking it’ll be time to get even more uncomfortable and prep for my first time to compete on stage...
