Wisdom from an old guy. PLANS! Do you have a plan? Plans will help you stay grounded. Plans give you a purpose. And if you are going through a difficult time, and maybe itâs feeling like itâs never ending, setting a plan gives you that boot up the backside to get things in motion. Giving yourself a purpose will provide you with additional energy. When you feel helpless and unable to do anything, focusing your efforts into something that has a positive outcome really highlights the power of mind over matter. One of my plans is regular workouts.
