Always push yourself to a higher level. I have been studying the importance of higher reps and sets. So last week I began to practice that mindset. So 20 reps/four sets for every exercise I do. I already have seen visible signs of success. Plus my body is confused because I have never trained with this idea in mind. Itâs feeling really good. No pain in my left shoulder and I already can feel it getting stronger. Like I stated earlier my shoulder stopped hurting September 2019. I had experienced pain since 1987 in it. So at 57 not to have that anymore is amazing. I am grateful.
