Yes Yes... I luuuuvvvvv every bit of my phat muscle gainz but Iâve been tipping the scale far too long?... My cut begins this weekend with a dip in calories & carb cycling but cardio will remain 20mins 2-3x a week... Iâll tweak it if needed. Did a FullBody with a quick 200kcal burn under 15mins... Felt good... welp Have a good one?
