These last few months Iâve been training differently by utilizing exercise randomization with volume progressive overload. In simpler terms, Iâve been doing different routines every workout session but still following a program. The program progressional method being volume via sets, reps, and rest periods! My main goal behind this programming has been dialed in on muscularity development & conditioning so aesthetic & performance. Letâs get them gains!
