Still doing my best to stay the same wt (125 lbs ) as when I was 20. I was 140 at my heaviest some 20 yrs ago but have since gradually lost muscle mass .The only way to stay that wt would be to replace the lost muscle with fat but I 'd rather be skinny like this....what would you have done fit fam ?
