Woke up in the night with severe abdominal cramps, just figured it was a lack of electrolytes since I follow a Keto diet. Took some and headed to the gym.. finished a rough workout.. still FINISHED lol. Then went and died at home, been in bed since but managed to take this photo today. Regardless of the fact that my stomach is extremely bloated right now and I feel like I could take half a jar of Advil for the stomach cramps.. Iâm still proud of the changes Iâve made not only physically but mentally! I dragged my but to the gym without a second thought and even though I had a crappy workout, to me thatâs still a win. ?
