OVERALL RATING
After a few hours of sleep I decided to do some bike cardio. The long shifts are tiring so keeping up in the gym is vital to sustaining my health and pump some oxygen into my blood. Thirty minutes isnât much but it will help as I push through another long day. Remember even in those days that never seem to end itâs nothing like those soldiers who stormed the beaches on D Day. They fought for our freedoms that people today want to take away. I had many friends and relatives who fought that âlongest dayâ and I am grateful for the lives given and the sacrifices they made for my freedoms. I go through my day choosing to be thankful because of what I can enjoy in life. So donât take this day or weekend for granted. Thank those people who inspire you and help you through those crazy long days. Have a great weekend.
