Dangggg I havenât posted a back progress pic in a long time...Here we go Aliens! Going to start posting more physique pics as I start my new program on Monday. Iâve been getting an incredible response on YouTube from my 30-Day At Home Ab Workouts Program so Iâve been thinking about doing a workout program series on Instagram/FaceBook as I test out my new plan. Iâm going to be doing a style of programming Iâve never done before. The goal will be muscular development and body fat reduction so the overall focus being body recomp. This will be the first time in a long time I put strength building on the backend meaning it wonât be my major training priority. The way this program is going to be very different though than my previous training plans is Iâll be utilizing randomization with progressive overload. This means my day to day exercise routine will be different but the desired weekly volume and progression will be programmed and monitored. Iâve been loving the randomization with progressive overload method Iâve been doing on YouTube for the 30 days of abs and I wanna see how itâll translate over to gains with a full program.
