Progress Update - 10/6/19
Hi everyone! RP Week 56 and 50th week with Coach Chris complete. Maintenance continues. Weight has stabilized to right around where I ended my cut. Goal for now is to maintain within +/- 5lbs until mid-November or so. Training for my 10 miler is going well. Right around an 11 min mile pace for an 8 mile long run, which includes walk breaks, so I'm well within the maximum time provided for completion of the race. I'm finishing up deload for Meso 3 of FTP tomorrow, and will be starting Meso 4 on Tuesday. Feeling good. Gettin' it done. :-) Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 53.9 lbs, 46 inches, 17.9% body fat. Have a great week!
