Progress Update - 9/29/19

Hi everyone! RP Week 55 and 49th week with Coach Chris complete. Maintenance continues. This past week I felt like I did a great job restabilizing with the workouts and eating. Lost most of the vacation bloat and back on track. The 10 miler on 10/20 is coming up fast and I'm starting to feel more comfy that I may not do the average pace I want, but I should be well within the 16 minute mile requirement. :-) Will be interesting to see how my 8 mile long run goes today. I'm finishing up Meso 3 of FTP today, and will be starting Meso 4 on Tuesday. I was sore this past week between the running and weight training, and I'm sure it will continue this coming week with the increased weight. Listening to my body and taking ibuprophen when needed. If I feel I need to slow down and cut mileage I'm willing to do so. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 53.3 lbs, 46 inches, 17.8% body fat. Have a great week!
