I planned back in May 2019 that September would be a refocus on adding more consistent weight lifting plan. What motivates me when Iâm not in the mood to work out or eat healthy? I remember my mission to be the best I can be to inspire others to be the best they can be. If I am going to slack off, what message does that send? I am getting closer to my next birthday and I already am closer to 60 than I am to 50. But that wonât stop me from my fitgrandpaonajourney mindset I have. Crush your goals. Donât use age as some excuse not too.
