Progress Update - 9/22/19

Hi everyone! RP Week 54 and 48th week with Coach Chris complete. Maintenance started my first day of vacation on 9/13 and will continue for a total of 8 to 12 weeks. I would like to start my third cut on 11/10. Got back from my vacation late yesterday. Had tons of fun. Hit the gym when I could and tons of walking. What I was capable of doing with activities and shore excursuons was amazing with the weight I have lost, my increased energy level, and strength, but I can tell being off track on the diet the past week and a half has affected things. No changes with inches and how clothes fit, but definitely a jump with what I see on the scale and I don't feel like I did when I left. Back on track today with eating and workouts. So ready to get back to work and continue prep for the 10 miler on 10/20. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 47.7 lbs, 46 inches, 16.9% body fat. Have a great week!
