Three weeks out from the Battle of the Bay and I am woefully unprepared. I began my prep with high hopes, 6-7 lbs above last year. When I was 164 lbs, I thought I looked pretty decent, and if I lost 10 lbs I'd be ripped and ready. Well I did - but I'm not! Suddenly I'm at 154 and just one pound above last year. And not looking much leaner than I did 6 weeks ago. Not sure what's going wrong this time. But I will still go out there and give it my best on October 12.
