Wasnât gonna train today but I hit Chest, Back, Bis & Glutes and walked (10625 steps) to Home Depot (& back) cause tomorrow I have several projects to get started on and hopefully finish... Yes your gyrl got fitness plans! Welp have a beautiful one my dears.Later?
