guy donât forget stretch that ****. the stretch, the extension, is jus as important as the contraction in my opinion. jus like you wanna get a good squeeze when you contract you wanna get a good stretch on every rep also. sure your strength will take a hit but its your ego really thats taking the hit. drop the weight make that mind muscle connection take more than 15 seconds to complete a 15 rep set. slow and grow ????
