Hi everyone! RP Week 51 and 45th week with Coach Chris complete. 12th week of cut. Only a few days to go. Although I didn't lose anything this week, I am very happy with my other body comp changes and progress I am making with my training. I would like to lose a couple more pounds this cut cycle, but I know it is more to see a certain number on the scale, which is not my priority. I'm continuing to trust in the process and will see how Coach Chris wants to handle the remaining days. Trending at -.5 bs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 49.7 lbs, 41.5 inches, 17.2% body fat. Have a great week!
