Hi everyone! RP Week 50 and 44th week with Coach Chris complete. 11th week of cut. 9 days to go! Eating and training going well. Finishing this cut strong. FTP Meso 3 is just how I remembered - fun and challenging. Recovered this past week from the 5K, and have started ramping up for the PNC 10 miler. Trending at -1.9 bs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 49.7 lbs, 41.5 inches, 17.2% body fat. Have a great week!
