Hi everyone! RP Week 49 and 43nd week with Coach Chris complete. 10th week of cut. 2 more weeks! Food intake is good with the new macros. My weight has plateaued the past few days, but I'm a little hesitant to suggest cutting macros just yet. We'll see what Coach says. Had weight training deload this week and looking forward to FTP Meso 3 this coming week. The 5K went well. 12:12 pace. Goal was under a 13 min pace. Beat my 5K pace from the Peachtree 10K last month, and PR'd my 1 mile, 2 mile and 5K pace from my practice/workout runs. Nowhere near where I was before law school (around an 8-9 min pace), but getting there. Trending at -1.8 bs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 47.5 lbs, 41.5 inches, 16.9% body fat.
