Good Mon Morn FitFam! MS is freakin HOT...Holy Sheit!!!! Wanna try someting new on leg day? Save the squats till the end. Blast your legs till you can barely walk, and then finish up with 4 sets of 25 reps on squats. Rest no longer than 2 mins between sets. WARNING - This is not for the faint of heart. I highly recommend using the smith machine, with safety stops engaged, if you dont have a spotter. Back in my beast days I blacked out more than once doing this one. I got this one from M&F magazine way back in the day, and it will blow your legs up! Have fun!!!!
