Hi everyone! RP Week 48 and 42nd week with Coach Chris complete. 9th week of cut. We are cutting my macros again. Yay! I'm wanting to finish these next 3 weeks strong. As long as my energy keeps up and I continue hitting my PRs, I'm willing to continue being aggressive with my food intake. Training is going well. I have a 5K next weekend which I'm looking forward to. I'll be tapering my running the later part of the week, and I'm on deload with my weight training, which is perfect timing. I would like to finish with a less than a 13min/mile pace, but we'll see. :-) Trending at -1.2 bs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 48.3 lbs, 41.5 inches, 17% body fat. Have a great week!
