The Sit-up Station is a smaller, light-weight version of our Sit-up Board. It is very appropriate for school age children and young adults, but can be used by anyone seeking these specifications.The exercises improve the strength of the abdominal muscles and the flex or group of muscles of the hip and upper thigh. The Sit-up station gives your entire core muscle group a work out. There are two distinct positions on the Sit-up , one with the feet down and the other with the feet up, held under the support bar.
