bulking

I have been bulking since I got back from Vegas. That’s what bodybuilders say when they stop eating clean and start eating lots of extra food. Sounds better then, I ate pizza and chocolate too many times this week. I will say it does plump up the muscles a bit and there’s a little more of me to grab onto. Starting on Monday it’s back to the gym and back to the weights cardio and low carbs. Have a good weekend. Do something fun!
