Hi everyone! RP Week 46 and 40th week with Coach Chris complete. 7th week of cut. Training is going well. 5K in less than a month so continued ramping up the running. I decided I will start doing martial arts again end of September/beginning of October. I'm debating between Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu, and will probably take a few classes of each before decided which direction I want to go, or see if is feasible to do both, while still keeping up with the weight training, running, and hiking. Progress on body comp going well. Great positive feedback and encouragement from co-workers and friends this past week and weekend, which is appreciated and motivating. I'll be asking Coach Chris if I can cut macros again, though. Want to continue keeping it aggressive, and I believe my energy levels can take it. Trending at -1.1 lbs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 42.3 lbs, 39.5 inches, 16.1% body fat. Have a great week!
