Finishing up a crazy week and recovered from the trap strain, I am going to embark on a mini-bulk for a few weeks. I have always found that the most adaptive time to add muscle is when you lean down to a low body fat percentage. Most likely, I will be performing 3-4 weight training sessions, yet I will continue the road work, which might seem counter-intuitive to some, but I have learned that if applied correctly, the calorie burn from aerobic activity can increase appetite equaling an environment for growth. 😀 The pic above was taken minutes before the end of the week (Sunday turning into Monday) just before bed.
