Hi everyone! RP Week 45 and 39th week with Coach Chris complete. 6th week of cut. Half way through! Non-scale victories experienced this week. Went back to Blood Mountain for an overdue hike and was able to crush the first .75 like it was nothing. I remember when I first did it and had to take multiple breaks even at the start. The next 5.8 miles felt just moderate and **** what a difference. :-) Had many comments in the gym about good form on my weight lifting technique. My focus this second round with RP's FTP has been on improving form and I have been watching tons of videos on technique. Great that it is paying off. Yesterday, when I was doing my modified candlesticks, a woman about a third my size and at least 10 years younger also commented on my technique and how much easier I made them look than her. Of course, I was dripping sweat and abs were burning, but, ****, I'll take it. lol I'm happy with my progress this week all around. Need to start ramping up my running for a 5k on 8/17, but otherwise all good with the training. Trending at -2.0 lbs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 41.3 lbs, 37.5 inches, 16% body fat.
