Hi everyone! RP Week 43 and 37th week with Coach Chris complete. 4th week of cut. Great week with the Peachtree 10k Roadrace and then getting back into the groove with the weight training. Next training goal is for a 5K next month so my focus for cardio will be working on endurance and pacing within that 10 to 12 minute mile for 3 to 5 miles sweet spot based on my current fitness level. I saw a lot of fluctuations with my body comp this past week, but feel it is time for another macro adjustment. I'm not kidding around with wanting this cut to be aggressive. ??ï¸ââï¸?ââï¸ Trending at -1.0 lbs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 36.7 lbs, 37 inches, 15.3% body fat. Have a great week!
