Throwback Thursday. The picture on the left was me at my heaviest. I was well over 300 and I just felt really really uncomfortable. I felt like I was wearing a really thick heavy coat on a really hot day all the time. I remember the shirt was the biggest one I owned and I just wore it because I knew it would fit. It was like XXXL. I felt like I just existed. I worked ate and slept. I never smiled. I was very unhappy. This is my Independence Day. I feel finally free. To be happy healthy and me. It’s still tough somedays but I’m do happy made the decision to take better care of myself and claim my freedom!
