dont 'bulk' the wrong way

Currently in the off-season, lean bulking. Donât bulk wrong which means âeating everything in sightâ WRONG. Youâll just add tons of fat. The secret is to stay lean and eat CORRECTLY to minimize fat gain. When Iâm bulking I eat only in a 200-500 surplus anything more than that is unnecessary. Just because the weight on the scale is going up DOES NOT MEAN youâre building muscle. Really means youâre gaining fat. Do it right so you donât have to spend months trying to lose all the fat you gained.
