throwback Thursday

Every Thursday I post a progress shot. I donât call it before and after because after sounds like Iâm done. I try to do different things so that my body and mind donât get used to something. I still get up before work and go to the gym between 4:30 and 5. I still walk on the treadmill for an hour each time. I started reducing my carbs, not completely but just those carbs that when I eat them cause me to be sleepy and upset my stomach, like corn, potatoes and breads. Iâve also tried to limit my sugar intake. I donât pay as much attention to what the scales say. I measure how I feel and how much looser my clothes are. I still have a few treats on the weekends. Itâs a lifestyle not a diet. Also have a goal in mind. No overnight solutions. Just slow steady progress.
