Post back and triceps flex this afternoon. On another matter I weighed myself for the first time in 3 weeks and was surprised that I had lost almost 3 pounds. I had not been tracking my diet and had a few hamburgers, fries and Pizza because I had aborted my prep and thought I would be out a long time. I am 10 weeks from my next vacation and only 4 pounds over where I would normally end up. I have also been cutting for so long that I could risk my body burning out and stop reacting.. So I am going to switch gears the next few weeks. I am going to move to eating at a surplus and going To Shortcut For Size with my training. I should add some mass and because my metabolism is so jacked right now any fat gain should be minimal and I can spend the last 4 or 5 weeks before vacation getting it off.
