I ate too much yesterday, so today I tried to make up for it with two short intense workouts: one for chest... supersetting hi rep bench with incline banded presses. The second a little later... a circuit including Swiss ball leg curls, plate 8âs, tricep pushdowns, db curls, and plate raises. Got the heart rate pumping and the pump going in a VERY short time!! Awesome start to Friday!!!
