New Gym

Golds is just impossible and it's time to make a change. I joined KaiJax Gym in Gibsonville NC today. Starting tomorrow this is where I will train on Friday nights, weekends and week day that I off from work. I can't go there full time during the week because it is a half hour drive. I'd be getting home too late especially if I have to cardio also to get enough sleep for work the next day. It is a old school hardcore gym that is never crowded and it has TONS of equipment and no pool, no basketball courts, no locker rooms, no TVs and no endless ads on the sound system.
