Hi everyone! RP Week 35 and 29th week with Coach Chris complete. Week 5 of maintenance done. Have not been feeling well and have cut back on workouts. Weight and fat loss hopefully will stabilize once I start feeling better. Since last check-in no inches lost, but down 2.7lbs and .3% body fat. Trending at -1.2lbs/week. Total loss since starting RP on 9/9/18: 35.6 lbs, 37.5 inches,15% body fat. Have a great week!
