Also just released late last night a new YouTube video on my favorite high protein healthy snacks. The whole point of this video is to give you healthier alternative options for your cravings that I personally use myself. Of course there are even healthier, more real food options to choose that you can make for snacks but that's not why I made this video because I have yet to find those options satisfying my real cravings. In my experience, I often found myself craving some type of unhealthy snack while my calories or carbs or fats were already enough for the day but my protein was low. These snack options really helped me out with that craving satisfaction while also tending to my protein goals. I hate reading comments of people fixating on the word "healthy". Fitness is a journey and you need to take steps in the right direction to keep moving forward, not just expect to run miles right off the bat. Better alternatives can be the exact solution you need to get on track and stay on track nutritionally. Snacks aren't at all intended to be daily or your main food source, but more so mental cues to keep you motivated.
