Early morning cardio, 40 minutes of moderate pace walking on the treadmill followed by 15 minutes of ab circuits at my complex fitness center. Challenging week ahead due to two Day offsite meeting Wednesday and Thursday. Training with Push Pull workouts tonight and tomorrow then no gym the next two days. Food during the day will be catered and then an after hours night Wednesday at a minor league baseball game means ballpark food(!!). Will do the best I can. Two days not in control won't kill weeks of staying on track.
