Working hard to get a beach body for summer or any season for that matter. Its not easy when you spent so much of your life neglecting your body. I don’t know if I’ll ever look like a fitness model or muscle bull or ever see my abs but at least I can buy clothes at a regular clothing store, not a specialty shop for big and tall men and I can fit in a chair and airplane seat more comfortably. It’s the little things that make the journey a little nicer now. Small steps to bigger changes.
