In a flash the weekend is over however I already have my gym gear laid out ready to go at 4:45 in the morning. Going to do my usual 1 hour of fasting cardio on the treadmill and then workout with weights. Take my vitamins and eat healthy foods limiting my carbs and sugars to a minimum, drinking lots of water and filling up on as many lean proteins and fresh fruits and vegetables as I can so Iâm not hungry. Thatâs my plan. Iâm going to stick to that plan for the next 6 weeks so Iâll be ready for my vegas trip and those swimming trunks I bought. I man with a plan. Routine routine routine!
