Left was 4 weeks ago, the right is today. I was down under 180 on Monday but I caught a cold Thursday and I think the medicine caused some bloating and water retention. I was at 179.8 at 8 weeks out last year. The sickness is gone and the water should go away in a couple of days. I am not going to sweat my diet Easter Sunday but then will be making small cardio and diet changes starting Monday.
