Updated Progress Photo comparisons. The left is 4 weeks ago, the right today at 8 weeks out from vacation. Definitely an illusion of greater size with a reduction in body fat at about 3 pounds less scale weight. Waist is smaller but I am also smooth. This may be the affect of fighting off a minor cold and sore throats the last 36 hours. The medicine. Will do another shot in a few days when this passes to check.
