Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased the range of motion for the joints. Yup I need a truck load of Pilates LOL But I started with one shovel full. Then finished with some shoulder stretching with my green band. That has really helped with loosening up my shoulder muscles. It always feels good to go through a workout. Sometimes feels good when itâs finally done LOL
