Today I was supposed to go on my scheduled 10 mile but I decided to be spontaneous and change it to an active rest day. Only did 1 mile plus I went out with some of my good friends and had a nice time, sooo it was cheat day too ???. Back to the grind tomorrow ?? Hope all you had an absolutely fantaboulous weekend.
