A lot of people ask me what is my motivation to lose weight and get healthier. There are so many but if I had to pick one I would have to say itâs how it makes me FEEL. When I have extra weight on me it make me feel the same way as when Iâm wearing something that just doesnât fit right. My muscles and joints feel better and I just have more confidence. As someone thatâs always struggled with his weight since he was a teenager itâs just a good feeling to know Iâm trying to take care of me and like the saying goes, if you canât love yourself....
