Completed my second 3 mile run this week. It felt like I was running up hill the whole time. I read that running hills breaks up your rhythm and forces your muscles to adapt to different stresses. The result? You become a stronger runner. So today as I struggled through my run I was reminded that donât think of the run as hills; think of it as a mound of opportunity. #fitgrandpaonajourney #nikerunclub #fitguyonajourney
