Weekly accountability. As you can see I have always carried the most weight in my stomach first then waist and then chest. Since those areas had the most fat those are going to always be my biggest trouble spots but Iâm going to keep eating better foods and keep moving and keep trying to lose the fat gain muscle and confidence and someday maybe be that guy at the beach or the gym that others say, there is one healthy strong physique but most importantly when I look in the mirror Iâll say the same thing. Hopefully Iâm slowly getting there.
